Five Killed As Building Collapses On Students Writing WAEC Exams In Taraba

A one storey building on Wednesday, collapsed on students as they wrote the West African Examinations Council, WAEC.

The incident which was said to have occurred during a heavy rainfall, occurred in Mararaba Ba-Isa, a village in Donga Local Government Area of Taraba State.

An eye witness reported that five students lost their lives, while several others sustained various degrees of injuries.

It would be remembered that an SS3 female student Celestina Farotide 19-Years of age, was mysteriously struck dead by thunder as she was about to begin her final exams.
