Second son of Deputy Governor of Sokoto State, Alhaji Mukthar Shagari is dead.
28 Year-old Lukman, was reported to have lost his life on Thursday afternoon in a fatal car crash while making his way to Sokoto from Abuja.
Witnesses at the place of the incident stated that he lost control of his vehicle on the highway.
It was however gathered that the vehicle had three occupants two of which died including Luqman while the only survivor miraculously survived the tragic accident.
